    The Her Justice Legal Help Line will remain open during its normal hours - Thursdays from 10am to 1pm. Calls are answered by trained staff and volunteers. 

    All eligible clients will speak with a Her Justice attorney within 24 hours.

    Her Justice provides free legal help to women living in poverty in New York City. We evaluate each request for legal assistance on an individual basis. Our general criteria are set out below. We weigh many factors and will take extraordinary circumstances into consideration when determining a woman’s financial eligibility for our help.
